A note of welcome
As the director of the Sonoma State American Language Institute (SSALI), I am pleased to welcome World Learning/SIT students to our campus. We have been hosting this excellent program on the SSU campus twice a year since 2002. The TESOL certificate, which is recognized around the world, provides in-depth intensive training in TESOL methodology and practicum experience of over 60 hours of actual teaching practice with real ESL students.
SSALI prides itself on the quality of its faculty and instruction. The faculty and staff of SSALI recognize the value of the World Learning/SIT program and welcome the opportunity to interact with the participants whenever possible. Their presence on our campus is an invaluable addition to the international programming at SSU.
I look forward to seeing you at SSU.
